Upset Forging Machines of two different
sizes are utilized to manufacture parts in a variety of head
sizes, O.A.L., and materials. Upset heads on shafts up to 12
ft. long have been produced. Our Hill Acme Upset Forging Machine
was installed in 1997. Induction heating is available on all forging units for improved quality and efficiency. Gas fired forging furnaces are also available, increasing flexibility and capabilities. A rapid infrared superheating furnace allows superior metallurgical properties in the production of aluminum forgings. View more of our capabilities - MaxiPress and Die Forger |
