Service from Queen City Forging

As a "job shop", we provide "short run" quantities of unique items for production and service requirements of our customers. We strive to provide exemplary service for the inevitable "RUSH" jobs that arise. The smallest quantity we can produce is one piece. The fastest delivery of record, with tooling and material available for production, was next day delivery - we had to allow the forgings to cool from forging temperature!

For our customers requiring larger quantities with more uniform production schedules, we have several different types of J.I.T. programs in place, including stocking programs of both raw material and finished parts. We stock raw material, finished parts, and tooling at no charge for most customers. We also accept customer furnished raw material for forging conversion, when appropriate.

Queen City Forging has been active in utilizing the Internet since the early 1990's. Our internal systems have been networked since the mid-1980's. We continue to upgrade our equipment, software, and training, to assure our communication technologies meet customer expectations.

Today's high-speed connections allow not only email and web browsing, but also effective transmission of data for review of drawings and documents in minutes, virtually anywhere in the world.

We look forward to further improvement in communication technology that will allow our customers the ability to "meet" with us via video-conferencing technology, within the next year. Utilizing high speed internet connections, we expect to be able to discuss design options and solve problems "face to face" with both our customers and those who wish to utilize our unique capabilities

Our knowledge of the forging industry and contacts, not only in the U.S., but also elsewhere in the world, allow us to offer a unique service. If we do not have the capacity or capability to produce or provide the item you require, we probably know who can.
